What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal: TrendyandPraizey@aol.com. If you encounter any difficulty in payment, please contact the email above and assistance will be directed to you.
How do I place a custom order?
You can go to the “Shop” page and fill out a custom order form there. Your request will be answered with 48 hours and you will proceed from there with our jewelry specialist.
Will you accept returns?
If you are unsatisfied with a product, please direct your concerns to TrendyandPraizey@aol.com and title subject “Return” and detail why you would like to return your items and include photos of concerned area.
Do you offer refunds?
Sadly, we do not.
Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely! You have a 3 day window to email us about your exchange. Please detail as to why you’d like to exchange your item. Once you ship it back and we inspect it, you will be shipped a new item at your request.
Refund and Return Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds without extreme reason. We will happily exchange your item if it is defective or damaged upon its arrival.
Exchanges
Please contact us within three business days in receiving your item(s). The item must be unused and in the same condition in order to exchange it for another product.
Custom items and on sale items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
Refund
We will inspect your item, if shipped back within three days of its arrival. After careful consideration, we will email you if you are approved or not for a refund. If you are approved, we will issue a full refund and it will take up to 7 days to be deposited back into your account. If you have any concerns regarding your refund, please call your bank directly. If have any further concerns after that, please email us at TrendyandPraizey@aol.com.
